The 29.2V 20A waterproof charger is an industrial-grade intelligent charging device designed for demanding environments.  With its high IP67 protection rating and stable, efficient charging performance, it is widely compatible with 24V 8S LiFePO4 battery packs, providing safe and reliable power supply for outdoor operations, marine equipment, industrial automation, and many other fields. The product utilizes advanced high-frequency switching power supply technology, with a rated power of 600W, combining fast charging with long-lasting durability, perfectly balancing performance and environmental adaptability.

Extreme protection is a core advantage of this product.  It is certified to the international IEC 60529 standard IP67, providing complete dust protection and deep water resistance. The housing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, combined with precision silicone sealing strips, completely preventing dust intrusion and maintaining stable performance even when submerged in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. It can easily handle harsh environments such as rain, humidity, mold, and dust. The housing also features heat dissipation capabilities, combined with a built-in intelligent cooling fan, forming an efficient thermal management system to ensure continuous and stable operation in a wide temperature range of -10℃ to +45℃, avoiding the risk of high-temperature overload.

It adopts the industry-leading CC-CV (constant current-constant voltage) two-stage charging mode, coupled with a pre-charging activation function, which can automatically wake up 0V protected batteries. This achieves a fully automated process from activation and fast charging to float charging, with a charging efficiency of over 91%.  A 24V 100Ah battery pack can be fully charged in just 5-7 hours, saving nearly half the time compared to traditional chargers. Built-in overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, reverse connection, and over-temperature protection modules, along with rigorous insulation and voltage resistance testing, eliminate safety hazards such as electrical sparks and overload damage during the charging process. A three-color LED indicator clearly displays the charging status, making operation more intuitive and reassuring.

The product design prioritizes versatility and convenience. It supports 110V-220V wide voltage AC input, adapting to power grid standards in different regions worldwide. The output voltage accuracy is controlled within ±0.2V, ensuring charging stability. The DC output interface can be customized as needed, and is equipped with wear-resistant and anti-aging cables to meet the connection needs of different devices. The product is compact (250*126*76mm) and weighs only 2.5kg.  It features both wall-mounting and desktop installation options, facilitating flexible deployment in various scenarios such as outdoor work vehicles, ships, and industrial control cabinets.
