87.6V = Full-charge cut-off voltage for 24-series lithium iron phosphate batteries (3.65V per cell × 24). Compatible with 72V lithium iron phosphate electric motorcycles, food delivery vehicles and tricycles. Strictly prohibited for lithium ternary batteries (84V/88.2V).

Applicable Battery Capacity

Temporary emergency use for 40Ah/80Ah batteries is allowed, yet long-term fast charging is not recommended.

4. Usage Precautions
Strictly No Mixed Voltage Matching
72V lithium ternary batteries reach a full-charge voltage of 84V. Charging them with an 87.6V charger will cause battery swelling and thermal runaway fire. Only for 24-series lithium iron phosphate batteries.

Loss Reminder for High-current Fast Charging
15A is high-power fast charging. Daily long-term fast charging accelerates cell heating and voltage difference expansion. For daily short-distance commuting, prepare low-current chargers (6A/10A) for overnight slow charging to maintain battery life.

Charging Temperature
Heat generated on the aluminum shell during charging is normal, with surface temperature not exceeding 60℃. Unplug immediately if the shell is scaldingly hot and inspect the battery protection board.

Full-charge Characteristics
After the voltage rises to 87.6V, the current keeps dropping below 0.5A before automatic shutdown. It is normal that aged batteries with large voltage differences cannot reach 87.6V.
